Only 250 bottles produced, available exclusively at Lilla Sjötorp! Made from Rondo and aged on the lees for 24 months. Try this flavour-packed sparkling wine with ripe red berry notes and crisp acidity.
Klagshamns Rosé 2025 – Glass SEK 149 | Bottle SEK 349
The grapes for this wine were affected by botrytis/noble rot. A spontaneously fermented rosé, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Fruity with a touch of residual sweetness. Grape: Rondo. 13% ABV.
Rosé Naturalis 2025, Cabernet Cortis – Glass SEK 149 | Bottle SEK 580
Grown in calcareous clay soil. Whole bunches were pressed and the must was clarified for 24 hours, using the vineyard’s own yeast. 14% ABV.

Nuanced and very fresh with an oaky character and notes of yellow gooseberries, pear and herbs. Grape: Solaris. 13% ABV.

Fermented in French oak barrels for 11 months. Nuanced and fruity. Grape: Solaris. 15.0% ABV.

Aged in Swedish oak barrels and spontaneously fermented. Grape: Solaris. 14.5% ABV.

Solaris grapes from some of Scandinavia’s oldest vines. Skin-macerated for 29 days in stainless steel tanks before pressing. Fermented with Wild & Pure yeast as well as the vineyard’s own wild yeast. 13.5% ABV, residual sugar 0.7 g, acidity 8.3 g.

A bowl of summer berries! Light and elegant, with high acidity, refined tannins and an easy-drinking, summery character. Grape: Rondo. 12.5% ABV.
